After 25 years in the corporate world spanning leadership, consulting, education, and technology, AK noticed a persistent pattern: most managers are promoted because they excelled at one thing, but they're left to figure out leadership on their own.

She was no exception. As a fast-rising leader, she stumbled through her early management years before committing to doing it better. She read the books, took the seminars, received coaching, and transformed herself into an intentional leader.

What is the Helm Method?+
The Helm Method is our proprietary approach to cultivating intentional leaders by developing their mindset, behaviors, humanity skills, and leadership skills. In practice: Aim, Act, Adjust. Apply compassion and grace throughout. Repeat.
What does leadership training cost?+
Online courses are priced on a per-seat license basis with volume discounts available. Workshops are priced based on duration and number of participants, starting at $2K for a two-hour virtual session or from $8K for an in-person half-day session. Full day starts at $12K. Multi-day and blended programs are scoped by organizational size and format. We're happy to prepare a custom proposal after a discovery call with you.
How long are the development programs?+
We work with each organization to understand your needs and to recommend a suitable development intervention. Our online courses range from 1 to 8 hours each. Our workshops vary in duration based on the content and number of participants. We offer in-person workshops at the client's location or virtual live workshops, which can be combined with online courses.
What is Human Intelligence Unmachined?+
Human Intelligence is comprised of the uniquely human capabilities that AI cannot replicate: judgment, communication, presence, curiosity, creativity, critical thinking. As AI reshapes every workplace, the most valuable leaders will be those who humanize the most. Those who deliberately hone their Human Intelligence while adopting and harnessing AI are what we call Unmachined. Our keynote and workshop series on this topic is in development for Summer 2026.

Both. Corporate programs (volume course licenses, workshops, cohort programs, speaking) are sold to organizations purchasing on behalf of their employees.
